SOLID EUROPEAN OAK FLOORING FROM JFJFLOORING

Jack decided to get his son to fit his solid Oak flooring which was fitted onto a solid Screeded floor. After a great deal of discussion it was decided that they would use our elastilon underlay which produces a floating floor. (see our web site and video “under fitting instructions” for more details and how to use this product)
Elastilon is one of the simplist ways to fit solid oak flooring and engineered oak flooring onto a solid floor. This product eliminates the use of all expensive and messey addhesives. Elastilon also has extremly good acoustic values and certainly makes the floor more pleasing to walk on. Jacks floor was treated with treatex hardwax oil for the final finish. This was the second solid Oak floor we supplied Jack and his son was very impressed with the easy use of elastilon even though this was the first time he had used this system of fitting a wooden floor. Elastilon also produce a material called elastlon strong which is suitable for underfloor heating systems.
